To commemorate Disney’s Minnie Mouse and Coach collaboration, Macy’s showcased the collection in their flagship Herald Square Windows in New York City. This stunning, very pink display launched the Coach Minnie line into the collective consciousness by emphasizing design, materials, fabrication, and bespoke glitter usage.
By contrasting custom handmade sculptures of various sizes against large architectural arch ways and vanity-inspired festoon lights, the iconic brand was given a fresh new look. There were more than 1,000 working hours put into the fabrication, including the use of 50lbs of glitter, and installation of 318 light bulbs across these six windows.
The eye-catching windows dazzled the more than 7,000 hourly visitors to the Macy’s Herald Square windows and provided an instagrammable moment for hundreds of fans.
